Demeter is the Greek goddess of the harvest and grain. She was one of the original six Olympians. Demeter along with her six siblings, (Zeus, Hera, Hestia, Hades, and Poseidon) over threw their father, Kronus. Demeter deeply hates her brother Hades for marring her daughter, Persephone, and tricking her to stay one third of the year with him in the underworld.

Demeter only appears in the remake. She can be seen with the other Olympians in the throne room. She is played by Charlotte Comer.
