Paul Warren is an English actor who portrays a Tortured Soul in Clash of the Titans (2010) and Hermes in the 2012 sequel. Wrath of the Titans. The scene in Wrath of the Titans didn't make the theatrical cut of the movie, but appears in the deleted scenes on the blu ray release.
